Our canapés are inspired by the Sussex landscape and the bounty of excellent produce available with each season. Organic ingredients are used wherever possible.

The emphasis is on good-looking, excellent-tasting bites with minimal carbs. Our thins are made with organic flours and organic butter, with flavours that support each wonderful topping.

FIELD
Beef bresaola on a parmesan and chia seed thin, with onion cream and rocket and Sussex parmesan pesto.

FOREST
Venison bresaola on a forest mushroom thin, with roasted beetroot jam and fresh horseradish cream, topped with elderflower jelly.

SEA
Smoked mackerel and Wild Atlantic smoked salmon pate with nasturtium leaves, on a seaweed and nigella seed thin, topped with nasturtium petals.

FARM
Artisan Sussex cream cheese on a rye thin with fresh horseradish and roasted, pickled beetroot, sprinkled with beetroot powder.

ALLOTMENT
Broad bean and white bean puree in a parmesan crostini basket, topped with chives.
