Our canapés are inspired by the Sussex landscape and the bounty of excellent produce available with each season. Organic ingredients are used wherever possible.

The emphasis is on good-looking, excellent-tasting bites with minimal carbs. Our thins are made with organic flours and organic butter, with flavours that support each wonderful topping.

FIELD
Beef bresaola on a parmesan and nigella seed thin, with onion cream and wild rocket and Sussex ewe’s cheese pesto.

FOREST
Venison bresaola on a forest mushroom thin, with roasted beetroot relish and elderflower jelly.

SEA
Smoked mackerel paté with on a seaweed and dill seed thin, topped with mock caviar and chives.

FARM
Artisan cream cheese on a rye thin with fresh horseradish and roasted, pickled beetroot, sprinkled with beetroot powder.

ALLOTMENT
Broad bean and white bean puree in a garlic crostini basket, topped with nasturtium petals.
