Inspired by an immune-boosting salad recipe we developed, this gift box contains local, natural, hand-crafted foods that support gut health and the immune system. Contains:

Sussex wild venison bresaola 50g – naturally cured with sea salt, herbs, spices, hedgerow fruits and Sussex gin (additive-free) – venison is a lean, high-protein meat that’s packed with zinc and B vitamins and ours won a Great Taste Award in 2017.
Responsibly farmed oak smoked salmon 200g – from award-winning smokers, Springs (no antibiotics, growth hormones or synthetic pigmentation) – as well as being rich in heart-healthy Omega-3, salmon is a good source of vitamins B and E, as well as immune-boosting selenium.
Sage & cashew nut pesto 190g – made with organically grown sage, add to salads, soups and starters for a bit of extra zing; stir into risotto at the end; top veg with it or add to pasta for a quick, easy, delicious and nutritious meal. Sage is a natural remedy for pain relief, protecting the body against oxidative stress, bacterial and virus infection. Cashews are rich in vitamins E, zinc and selenium.
