Seven Sisters – a semi-soft matured sheep’s milk cheese, coated with a layer of seaweed. Light and nutty. Bronze Award, International Cheese Show 2019. Made by High Weald Dairy.
Forest mushroom thins – made with an organic flour blend and organic butter. A perfect foil for these great cheeses.
Quince paste – a jar (80g) of membrillo made from fresh local quinces.
