Sussex Gourmand was born from three things.
• A love of Bresaola – lean, tasty cured meat that originates from Lombardy in Italy
• A real appreciation for the Sussex landscape and wonderful local produce
• A penchant for canapés, grazing on good food and quaffing wine

We’d like to share with you our recipes and ideas for the different ways to eat bresaola, as well as some of our favourite canapés. We tend to go for canapés that are less carby and more tasty. Or just darned good-looking and delicious.
