Award-winning grass-fed, native-breed, naturally-reared beef bresaola and wild venison bresaola made in Sussex, cured with hand-harvested sustainable sea salt, foraged berries, Sussex’s very own Slake Gin, organic herbs and quality spices, then lightly smoked and air-dried to perfection. Each 50g pack contains enough meat for 24 canapés, starters for four people, or a main course salad for two. The perfect addition to any charcuterie selection and of course, a low-fat, high protein snack ideal for people following a low-carb or paleo diet!
This is not like supermarket bresaola. It has a much more complex flavour profile, which is down to the small batch production, our very own recipe, honed over time for taste perfection and top quality ingredients. We don’t use additives (nitrites or nitrates) to preserve our meats, which are regularly lab-tested for micro-bacterial quality, consistently delivering excellent results.
