Award-winning additive-free Sussex beef bresaola: native breed grass-fed beef cured with sea salt, foraged berries, fresh organic herbs and spices, washed with Sussex gin, smoked and air-dried. A Great Taste Award winner in 2017, when judges said the beef was “simply delicious with a lovely smoky aroma, winey colour and good fat distribution.” This is the Italian way of eating bresaola reinvented as a bite-sized flavour bomb to enjoy with parmesan and nigella seed thins (Great Taste Awards winner 2018) and wild rocket pesto.
