Ridgeview Cavendish (Silver – Decanter World Wine Awards 2017) is one of our favourite Sussex sparklers. Made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes with notes of forest fruits, cherries and toast, it pairs perfectly with our bresaola. The Ridgeview Estate won Winemaker of the Year at the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2018.
