We taste-tested a lot of Sussex sparkling wines to find the gem that can truly take on French Champagne and win. This stylish fizz really is fantastic. Red berries, almond and toast pairs perfectly with our bresaola. The Ridgeview Estate won Winemaker of the Year at the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2018.
The meats can be also be eaten as a salad and the thins work beautifully with cheese, as does the beetroot relish.
