Thanks a million to everyone who has sent messages and placed orders since our venison bresaola was featured on Top of the Shop with Tom Kerridge last night on BBC2. Really appreciate the support!

We couldn’t have been happier with the lovely comments from Tom Kerridge and Nisha Katona… especially when Nisha said “Liz absolutely understands how to capture the flavours of the forest” and Tom said our venison bresaola was “gorgeous”.

Back to reality, we’re at the annual food festival at the wonderful Weald & Downland Museum this weekend, 5-7 May 10.30am-5pm and then back at farmers markets in May as follows:

• Shoreham Farmers Market Sat 12 May 9am-2pm
• Lewes Farmers Market Sat 19 May 9am-1pm
