Forest Canapé Kit
Award-winning artisan bresaola from Sussex wild venison which is cured with foraged berries, Slake Hedgerow Gin, organic local herbs and spices. It’s then lightly smoked and air-dried to perfection. Served with forest mushroom thins (made from a blend of three organic flours and organic butter) and sage & almond pesto. Earthy elegance!

Field Canapé Kit
Award-winning artisan bresaola from Sussex native breed grass-fed beef which is cured with Sussex Dry Gin, organic herbs, hedgerow berries and spices, then smoked and air-dried. Served with parmesan and nigella seed thins (Great Taste Awards winner 2018, 1 star), with wild rocket pesto. The Italian way of eating bresaola reinvented as a bite that delivers layer upon layer of flavours.
